Killing turkeys is ‘fun’! (Video)

Once again Sarah Palin delivers comedic gold to the people of Saturday Night Live on a silver platter. Watch Sarah being interviewed about her preparations for Thanksgiving Day while turkeys are slaughtered in the background.

It’s like she’s not even trying to be conscious of her surrounding or what she’s talking about. Sarah’s just happy to be in front of the camera. (Brace yourself if you’ve just had breakfast.)

What happened to free market economics?

In case you need help in deciding whether you support or opppose the “Big 3″ (GM, Chrysler, and Ford) bailout, read Steve Parker’s helpful and concise article.

In “Memo to Detroit: Change Now or Die,” Mr. Parker lists ten reasons why American car manufacturers should change their management and design, if they do not, then we should allow them to fail. Survival of the fittest should take over and make some room for electric, fuel-efficient, green vehicles.

Bill Ayers interviewed on ABC

William (Bill) Ayers went on record to clear up his relationship with Barack Obama this morning on ABC. Ayers stated that he is not a terrorist, his friendship with Obama is like any other regular person’s relationship with an elected official, and that the Weather Underground group was “unfairly ‘demonized’” by the media and the McCain/Palin camp.

No, YOU’RE stupid!

There’s at least one person who is willing to publicly admit she thinks Sarah Palin is a smart, feminist mom.

Read a few excerpts from Camille Paglia’s “Obama Surfs Through” article, in which she admits “she still [likes] Palin” and those who think Palin is dumb are themselves “the stupid ones.”

Bush’s Last Ditch Efforts

According to the Washington Post’s R. Jeffrey Smith, the White House is attempting to enact several new regulations that would work to weaken government protections for consumers and the environment.

“The new rules would be among the most controversial deregulatory steps of the Bush era and could be difficult for his successor to undo. Some would ease or lift constraints on private industry, including power plants, mines and farm”

Chuck Norris educates Barack Obama

Chuck Norris, the Hollywood has-been, is not happy that Obama has won the presidency of the United States. Mr. Norris is so afraid of what Barack Obama will do to the US constitution and human rights that he felt the need to write an open letter to the President-elect in order to instruct Obama how to do his job.

Keep reading for Norris’ pompous and ironic, but (deep down inside him) well-meaning instructions to the Democratic president.

White House 2

White House 2 is a great new website that allows common citizens (such as you and me) to become more involved in the government from the comfort of their homes (or coffee shops, or whereever your computer is located).

Jay’s been very excited about how easy it would be for White House officials come January to listen to the public’s wishes, really listen. White House 2 allows any user to support legislature of interest by “endorsing” it with a simple click of the mouse. Say you want the next administration to invest in clean energy and create millions of green jobs (who wouldn’t want that?). Just endorse this proposal here and make it your top priority!

Change for America is closer and easier than you might think!

Dodging a bullet…how’s it feel, ya’ll?

Boy am I glad we don’t have to call Sarah Palin “Mrs. Vice President.” [Shudders.]

I saw this “Sarah Palin: A New Kind of Leader” book at my local Borders and, of course, absolutely had to take a picture of it. I wasn’t surprised how flimsy it was either, 100 pages give or take.

I wonder if there was a book written about Joe Biden.
